Joe, Tyler and the entire I-70 Auto Service staff provide exceptional service and high-quality repair work that often comes with warrantied parts and labor backed by both their shop and parts providers. I don't live anywhere near their location, but it's well worth the drive or tow to ensure that me and my vehicle get the type of treatment they provide.

When I bought an older truck a few years back, I had a helluva time finding a shop that would help me out with a good attitude and no hassle. The i70 staff is honest, upfront, and very professional.

You will be hard pressed to beat this garage. Joe and I-70 bend over backwards to make sure you are treated right. I took my truck in to get a second estimate on a proposed repair from another shop. He told me the repair wasn't needed now at all, but if and when I brought it back for maintenance, he would keep an eye on it and let me know when it was required. Joe Sevart, the owner, is a Master ASE technician and the winner of the NAPA technician of the year for FY2014. I thought it was pretty impressive, and combined with the fact that 2/3 of his technicians are also ASE certified, it helped to sell me on this place. The only negative about this place, and it is very, very minor, is the waiting room. I-70 provides refreshments, which is nice. However, the room is very small and part of the customer reception area. If you do decide to wait for your vehicle on the premises, you can be up close and personal with all of I-70's customers during your stay. You will also get a very good idea of how the business is run, which can be good or bad, given your perspective. So, 4.99999.... (repeating of course) stars. Will not take my truck anywhere else for the remainder of my time in KC. Since I have a truck 147k on it, I have a feeling I will be seeing Joe and I-70 quite a bit in the future.

Being new to KC I was skeptical about auto service places. After getting an oil change at Firestone and being told my car needed over $1,700 in repairs I was desperate for a second opinion. After Googling places, I came across I-70 Auto Service. I called and made a same day appointment. Tyler at the front desk was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Joe took my car for a spin to test it out for himself. After about 45 minutes he came in and explained his findings. Told me what repairs were absolutely necessary or a safety hazard and told me the ones that we're urgent, especially if I wasn't going to keep the car long term. Firestone had made it seem like ever single repair they mentioned was absolutely imperative. I'm so happy I found I-70 and don't plan on every taking my car anywhere else, not even for an oil change.

I-70 Auto Service is THE place to get honest, prompt service for your automobile. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. They take the time to explain exactly what service you need and also help you to understand your options. I highly recommend I-70 Auto Service. They also have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen at a repair facility.

These guys are great! I sent my car in for just an all-around evaluation and maintenance check-up. Joe presented me with an honest and fair evaluation of exactly what needed to be done now and what would need to be done in the future, and when it would need to be done. Everything they needed to do (including the installation of a new temp. and fuel gauge) was done quickly and yet was a quality job. I had my car back before I expected it! The guys at I-70 are really friendly and great to do business with. Really great experience!

After searching all over the city for an honest mechanic, I stumbled on I-70 Auto. These guys are awesome! They know every customer by name and greet you with a smile. They are great at explaining what my best options are. Their service is great, their shop is clean, and I could not have asked for better service. I have brought my cars here many times and will keep bringing them.
