This is by far the most professional and honest auto repair shop in KCMO as well as other states I have lived in across America. They recently were going to provide service that came with a free inspection that found a number of issues that needed to be addressed. They made no money of the inspection they performed and gave me al the resources and knowledge needed to get the used car lot I purchased that car from resolved and fixed at no cost to me! They are well respected with all mechanics is the state of MO and will not only provide by far the best service but will also do everything correctly the first time no run around. Nowadays it’s almost impossible to find an auto repair shop that you can trust and is not going to charge you more then what is required to make the repairs needed. The cost is much lower then all other shops in the area and you are not only getting the best service at the best price, they also use the best parts, fluids and tools available on the market. You get what you pay for and much more at this shop and will never go to another shop for my automotive needs and services

This is my go-to place for all my auto service needs! Joe & Tyler have always been most accommodating to my business needs, offering pick up & drop off services and working with folks on things like loaner vehicles. The quality of work has been superb and the shop rates are budget friendly & a great value.

I'd like to say that this is one of the most impressive auto-mechanic shops I have ever dealt with. They are always so friendly and honest about repairs that are needed. They are truly genuine in their craft and treat their customers like family. I've dealt with Tyler on several occassions and he is always so nice and pleasant and always keeps you informed of the process. Not to mention Joe the owner for whom I had the pleasure of meeting today. He was such a nice guy and truly knows the auto industry. Thank you all so much for the services that you provide! I started my vacation in August near St. Joe, MO with friends to watch the eclipse on Smithville Lake. Shortly after the eclipse, a big storm hit, catching everyone in a downpour. A couple from MN, ran over to us for jumper cables (seeing our ND and MN plates, she figured we'd have some!). Our men went to help, and long story short, my tire was punctured on a fire pit. What a nightmare changing THAT in a downpour, the back end of my SUV packed with damp camping gear! I planned to drive on to southern IL to visit family, while the other 3 in our group went back to ND. I was going to need new tires before winter in ND, and called a few places in KC, but most were scheduled out a day or two. And then I found Emma -bless her heart . I was due at a family reunion in IL, and another day's delay was out of the question. Joe worked me in, got me some rugged all-weather tires and I spent most of the afternoon at I-70 Auto Service with these wonderful, helpful people, and some of their customers. Avery put my tires on, poor fellow - with the back of my SUV packed to the max with gear, he graciously declined my offer to unload it so he could get at the spare compartment under it all. He took it all out, and put it all back in. Thanks Avery! Joe checked a few things I was concerned about, which really put my mind at ease, and did a thorough inspection report. I was surprised and impressed that they would honor the warranty no matter where in the country I might need it. These folks have real integrity, honesty, heart and they truly care about their customers' safety. They have my highest recommendation, and my gratitude. They did a great job on my car, with fair prices. Very thorough. They also took me back to my place while they were working, and picked me up again (at not cost) when they were done, which was really convenient. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Great service.

I took my van to them for repair ...the professionalism by the entire staff was ‘spot on’! I am excited to continue my car needs relationship with this company ! I had my Grand Cherokee towed in, knowing it was bad shape. They went over with a fine tooth comb, and reported everything that was wrong it. So they ARE ON THE JOB TO LET YOU KNOW EVERYTHING!!!!
