Original Equipment scan tools are also known as Factory Diagnostic Equipment, which means that I-70 Auto Service now has the same tools as the dealerships. No longer are you obligated to visit the Mercedes-Benz dealership to pinpoint issues with your Mercedes. Now our customers have another choice with I-70 Auto Service because we offer the precision level of service you get with factory diagnostic equipment.

Common Mercedes-Benz Problems

Although Mercedes are crafted with quality and distinction, there are a few bugs here and there that most Mercedes share in common. Often, the culprits that send Mercedes drivers into our shop are smaller, frequently overlooked parts. Engine mounts, window regulators, check engine lights, and air suspension systems. More serious issues that arise with Mercedes-Benz are things like catalytic converters, transmission problems, and steering components. At I-70 Auto Service, we are highly-qualified to resolve Mercedes repairs like these. We are also fully capable of performing more labor intensive repairs in addition to regular maintenance tasks.

Reviews

"I was incredibly impressed with this shop. Their follow-up before, during and after was impressive and I have to say that overall, I was pleasantly surprised. I found them mentioned on a Mercedes Benz forum and decided to give them a try. I’ll admit that I was quite apprehensive about using a non-Mercedes dealer for service but my experiences with KC MB service is that I find them sloppy and arrogant and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect for MB when I lived in Chicago and Washington DC. I had my spark plugs replaced and my brake fluid replaced by I70. I am a bit of a advanced DYIer but I wasn’t pulling that entire manifold off to get to the Driver-side plugs and I never mess with brake flushing. As I always do when I get home, I gave them the same inspection at home that I give MB. I found everything to be as it should be and I didn’t find splatter around the reservoir which I find insanely irritating. Speaking of pet peeves, my cabin did NOT have oil on the door or steering wheel. I will be returning to I70 Auto for future service."

"Truly superb service. I was interested in buying a Mercedes E350 from a dealer near I-70, and although both the CarFax and AutoCheck reports were fine, I knew I needed to have an experienced set of eyes on the car for me as we were buying the car from California. Their inspection uncovered several thousand dollars in needed repairs - so I of course passed on the car. AJ and everyone were totally pro, prompt, polite, and helpful. A great experience in every way."
