I recently had my car serviced at I-70 Auto. When I called to make the appointment it was nice to hear a familiar voice. Tyler is always good to remember you. I know very little about cars but know I can call Tyler and the staff . They always get me in and I feel confident in their automotive knowledge/expertise and their outstanding customer service. They gave me a loaner car and said they would call when finished. They said nothing was wrong with my car; they had checked it out thoroughly and changed the oil. They never try to find something to charge you for just to increase the price (like many places do). I have been coming here for years and will be back for my oil change unless something happens sooner. Thank you to the crew at I-70 Auto - it's good to know there are still great, honest people/companies you can count on!

They do an excellent work for a very reasonable price. They don't only do an oil change but will also tell you the total condition of you Audi and future service require for no extra cost. You need to find out for yourself and they will be your favorite auto service place for your luxurious car/s.

Most honest service shop I’ve ever dealt with. Quick and always looking out for the best interest of the customer. Never will I deal with another service shop outside of warranty work.

My old Volkswagon mechanic retired and I took a guess with these guys. They are polite, talented and tech savvy. I was in Pennsylvania on a family matter and they sent me a text with photos of everything my car needed. They fixed what I asked them to and with no sales pressure listed the priority and costs of additional maintenance. And the gentleman who handled my case was a Marine. Great Place!

Polite customer service, even after I talked to him poorly. He handled it professionally. Shane has a hard job. Lol. He deals with people who think they know everything, who make emotional decisions based on thier opinion. I've never used I-70 personally, but I may have had a small outburst with thier customer service staff. (that I'm not perticuliarly proud of) and Shane handled it very well.

I dropped off my vehicle to get it checked out; to see what was wrong with it, and I must say... The guys over there are thorough, and on point. They tell you what's going on, down to the last bolt. They get it done right. Opened my eyes as to what a repair service should be. This will be my go to spot from here on out. Much appreciated.
