Polite customer service, even after I talked to him poorly. He handled it professionally. Shane has a hard job. Lol. He deals with people who think they know everything, who make emotional decisions based on thier opinion. I've never used I-70 personally, but I may have had a small outburst with thier customer service staff. (that I'm not perticuliarly proud of) and Shane handled it very well.
